We are a Timeshare resort and our Christmas and January stays are offered in 7 night periods.
These rates are as follows:
2 Bedroom & 1 Bathroom: $1600All other school holiday rates are available at time of enquiry as rates vary with the seasons.
During the non holiday periods, we have minimum 2 night stays. Contact our friendly staff at Reception for the current rates, prior to making a booking.
A 50% deposit is requested to secure a booking and final payment can be made on arrival.
Our resort is non smoking and no pets.

Busselton Beach Resort is primarily a Timeshare Resort but there are owners who regularly rent out their villas. There are also numerous vacant villas placed on a rental pool that allows the public to share in the experience of this Resort in a much sought after location of the SW of Western Australia.
