Welcome to our iconic villas
The Resort has 32 self-contained, comfortable villas, priding ourselves on providing good, clean accommodation for families, singles or couples. Our villas are fully self-contained featuring a choice of 2 bedroom or 3 bedroom options. Kitchens are fully equipped with microwaves, full sized refrigerators and cooking utensils. All villas have ceiling fans, gas heaters for winter with linen also provided. A convertible double bed/settee in the living room provides extra sleeping space. The villas have spacious dining and lounge areas with separate toilets and bathrooms. Some of the Resort’s upstairs villas provide great views of the bay. Each villa has one car bay, with extra bays for another car available, if required. Caravans and boats may be parked on site but bays need to be booked prior to arrival.
Busselton Beach Resort is located a convenient distance to a small shopping complex that includes a hairdresser, bottle shop, pharmacy, take-away outlet and physiotherapy rooms, if required. A coffee shop and café, that opens for breakfast and lunch, is within walking distance of the Resort.
Take time to explore the surrounding Margaret River Wine Region and South West of WA, showcasing the region’s natural attractions such as caves, forests and amazing coastline along with wineries, breweries, gourmet produce, ice creameries, soap factories, a cinema, the famous Busselton Jetty and Jetty Train, mazes, art galleries and shopping malls.

We are a Timeshare resort and our Christmas and January stays are offered in 7 night periods, commencing on a Friday.

All other school holiday rates are available at time of enquiry as rates vary with the seasons.
During the non holiday periods, we have minimum 2 night stays. Contact our friendly staff at Reception for the current rates, prior to making a booking.
A 50% deposit is requested to secure a booking and final payment can be made on arrival.
Our resort is non smoking and no pets.
Stay with us
Busselton Beach Resort is primarily a Timeshare Resort, but there are owners who regularly rent out their villas. There are also numerous vacant villas placed on a rental pool that allows the public to share in the experience of this resort in a much sought after location of the SW of Western Australia.
